Driver killed in Tinzerbong road mishap

GANGTOK, 25 Jun: A 27 year old driver was killed and one other injured when a truck bearing registration no. WB-11-C-2510 met with an accident at Tinzerbong, West Sikkim on 24 June. The truck fell off a cliff about 150 feet below at Mangalbaria-Reshi Road. The injured occupant who was the brother of the deceased driver was evacuated to Namchi District Hospital for medical intervention and the dead body of the deceased was sent to Gyalshing District Hospital for autopsy. The deceased driver was a resident of Patmani Purba Subsit Bagman, Uluberia, Howrah [WB].
