103 years old Bhavani Shanker Adhikari [“Haltaray Bajey”],
one of the oldest voters in Sikkim, also stepped out and exercised his
franchise on Saturday. He says, he voted for good governance. He is a voter in
the Rhenock constituency of East Sikkim and a resident of Tarpin basti. He cast
