GANGTOK, 18 July: A case of arson has been reported from Soreong, West Sikkim. According to reports a vehicle belonging to MK Subba of Singling was set on fire at around 1:30 AM of 18 July. The vehicle, a Maruti van, SK04 –T- 0024 had been parked at Singling Gumpa phatak, police sources inform.
