  1. The brutal attack by miscreants upon Dr. S. Tamamg (PHC Dentam) is really a reprehensive incident. As our nation largest democracy in the world where Rule of Law exists in every monks & cornors of the state. Therefore, the culprits (unidentified yet) of the aforesaid incident must be punished according to the constitutional act & law of the state by which the afflicted should get proper judgement. But the act of arresting innocent individuals under dim suspect following the statement stated by a 'witness?' regarding the above event may not grant fair judgement to the people. There may be several factors behind the screen in the connection of the incident. There may be political or non-political factors. There may be some personal envys between the afflicted & culprits. Or there may be some cunning conspirator behind it for laying such a trap of entanglement for convicting the innocent personals for the sake of fulfilling their selfish desires. Hence, the game of convicting innocent individuals withomu any authentic proof is a severe injustice to the people of democratic state.
