All Terrain Vehicle track coming up at Ranikhet

GANGTOK, 11 May: Adventure lovers in Sikkim will soon get to ride ATVs [All Terrain Vehicles] with the very first ATV track coming up at Ranikhet Park here at Adampool below Gangtok.
Speaking to media persons, proprietor, Nicknore Pradhan said “We have started building the ATV track and at present we have four models of Nebula ATVs which are Falcon 150, Dingo 150, Jaguar 500 and Nebula 125E. We will be adding more models in the near future.”
Mr Pradhan informed that the ATV track is part of what is being planned as the “largest adventure park in North East India” and more sports and activities will be added in time. Artificial rock climbing, Dirt biking, Paint ball, Mini golf, Archery, Zip lining [Flying Fox] and a Swimming pool are some of the features that the park plans to incorporate.
He informed that they have employed around 18-20 persons most of whom are locals. Only the technicians are from the company itself and are here to teach the locals, he further added.
“We are also the authorized dealers of Nebula All Terrain Vehicles”, added Mr Pradhan.
