MANGAN, 23 June: A Santro car [SK-03P-0123] met with an
accident at Ralak on the Singtam-Dikchu highway at around 5.15 p.m. Sunday
evening. The vehicle was plying towards Mangan and the residents of the area
rescued one person from the spot and rushed him to the Singtam Hospital for
medical attention. He was unconscious and is believed to have been the only
occupant of the vehicle at the time. The vehicle fell down around 100ft off the
road at the spot. The victim had not been identified till the time of going to
print.
