NOTICE FOR POSTAL BALLOT

This is for information of all concerned who are engaged in election duty and have applied for and will be getting postal ballot papers that Facilitation Centres will be set up at Chintan Bhavan on the 8^th and 9^th of April 2014 for Presiding & Polling Officers and for Officers/Officials & Others engaged in election duty on 10^th, 11^th & 12^th of April at TNA Auditorium for casting their votes through Postal ballot.

The Facilitation Centres in South, West and North districts have also been set up for casting votes through postal ballot in respect of 01-Sikkim Parliamentary Constituency and 32-Assembly Constituency.

As per the instructions of the Election Commission of India candidates or election agents are required to be present in such Facilitation Centres to witness procedures of casting of votes through postal ballots. Accordingly, it is hereby informed that all candidates or election agents may be present on the dates and places mentioned herein.
