GANGTOK, 02 July: 32 year old Rabin Chettri was picked up Sikkim Police from a restaurant at 5th Mile, Tadong, today with a substantial cache of substances of abuse – all prescription drugs which the accused had reportedly purchased from Siliguri for onwards sale in Gangtok.
Booked under the SAD Act, the accused, as per police records, was caught with 1,227 capsules of Spasmo Proxyvon, 163 Nitrosun-10 tablets, and 24 bottles of a cough syrup.
