DIKCHU, 27 June: A plantation drive was carried out at the
Passingdang Gram Vikash Kendra premises in Upper Dzongu today as part of the
Paryavaran Mahotsav. Dzongu SDM G Pegha, Gram Vikash Adhikari Sonam Gyatso
Bhutia, AD BAC, BO Upper Dzongu along with the staff of GVK and forest
officials participated in the drive during which 150 saplings of flowering
plants and other trees such as Neelkamal, Indrakamal, Cherry, Jarul etc were
planted.
