07 May [IPR]: Training of Counting Assistants, Supervisors and the officials
appointed to oversee various counting related activities on 16 May in West
District was held today at the Community hall, Gyalshing.

Gyalshing, Jigme W. Bhutia gave a power point presentation and discussed in
length all the counting related works assigned to various officials and
appealed to them to function effectively.
Returning
Officer West, Tsewang Gyachho informed that the counting will start with
counting of postal ballot at 8 am followed by counting of EVMs at 8.30 am. He urged all the appointed officials to reach
the control room by 7 am on 16 May.
Further, the RO also thanked all the officials
involved in the polling process for peaceful and fair conduct of polls on 12
April and expressed hope for similar cooperation during the counting process.
