GANGTOK, 30 Mar: Teesta-V Power Station, NHPC Ltd. distributed furniture and other teaching aids to various schools of East and South Sikkim as part of its CSR and SD [Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development] initiatives.
A press release informs that items such as desk, bench, table, chair, black board and audio system were distributed. The beneficiary schools are Govt. Jr. High School, Dochum, East Sikkim; Govt. Primary School Aapgachi, South Sikkim; Govt. Jr. High School, Manglee, South Sikkim; Govt. Primary School, Central Patuk, Makha, East Sikkim; Govt. Sec. School, Patuk Chandey, East Sikkim.
