Rotary Club organises film screening

GANGTOK, 23 Oct: Rotary Club of Gangtok South screened ‘Super Size Me’, an award winning documentary film based on modern day lifestyle and the harmful effects of fast food, at Hotel Delamere yesterday, informs a press release.

Students, guests and Rotarians made up for a good audience and engaged in a brief discussion after the screening on the health impacts of fast food.
Overwhelmed with the response, Rotary Club of Gangtok South has decided to screen the film in different schools to make children aware about health problems like obesity, hypertension, diabetes and other associated implications of fast food, the release informs.
