Addressing the workshop Sister Pavitra said that jawans are the real heroes of the nation so they should be mentally very strong and spiritually high and they should never lose courage in crucial times. She said that one should have trust in God and be positive and God will surely help. Brother Om Prakash Bajaj said that “Jiska saathi ho Bhagwan usko kya rokega andhi aur toofan” .
On this occasion Brahma Kumaris also spoke about the significance of Raksha bandhan in one’s life. As a token of love, brotherhood and purity the Brahma Kumaris tied Rakhis to all the Officers and jawans present.
Speaking on the occasion Manoj Kumar Singh, Second-In Command said that Raksha bandhan is a symbol of love and affection between brothers and sisters. He also extended his sincere thanks and gratitude to the Brahma Kumaris for taking this initiative of tying Rakhis to the SSB Jawans.
As the jawans in forces live away from their homes and cannot go to their homes to attend the pious festival of Raksha bandhan so the presence of Brahma Kumaris is a precious gift.
At the end of the programme Dr. Doma Lachenpa thanked the Brahma Kumaris for encouraging jawans towards meditation. She also said jawans are very happy with this initiative of the Brahma Kumaris and more such meditation workshops should be organized in future.
