GANGTOK, 03 Aug: Akhil Sikkim Chauhan Bangsa Kalyan Sangh will be holding its second general meeting on 24 August at Kewzing, South Sikkim in the presence of the Sangh’s adhoc committee and all members of the state level.
A press release informs that the main agenda of the meeting is the constitution of State level Committee and registration drive. The main agenda of meeting is constitution of State level Committee and registration drive.
The recently formed adhoc committee has DB Chauhan as president, Lall Bahadur Chauhan as general secretary, DP Chauhan as treasurer, Damber Chauhan as publicity secretary, KB Chettri as legal advisor, Gopi Chauhan and BK Chauhan as advisors. Other senior citizens and various zonal heads will also be attending the meeting, it is informed.
The meeting will discuss and pass various resolutions for the formation and registration of a permanent body in the name of “Akhil Sikkim Chauhan Bangsa Kalyan Sangh”. Future activities of the Sangh will also be discussed in the meeting, the release adds.
