GANGTOK,
30 July: Namchi Police on 29 July arrested a 19 year
old resident of Daragaon, Jorethang, on charges of possession of contraband
substances. 48 capsules of Spasmo-Proxyvon were recovered from his possession.
A case under section 9/14 of SAD Act has been registered against the accused.
