GANGTOK, 15 July: All traffic to Siliguri will remain closed at Likhubhir slightly ahead of Teesta Bridge [towards Siliguri] on the national highway from 6 AM on 16 July to 6 AM on 17 July due to construction of a bridge at Likhu Bhir by GREF, informs a post on the North District administration facebook page.
