GANGTOK, 15 June: Paryavaran Mahotsav 2014 was organized at
the Directorate of Handicrafts and Handloom complex today.
As per a press release, Director, Directorate of Handicrafts
and Handloom, Ganga D. Pradhan along with senior officers, staffs and trainees
planted more than 150 new saplings in the complex.
Speaking to all participants during the occasion Ms Pradhan
informed about the importance of Paryavaran Mahotsav and the state government
vision to make Sikkim Clean and Green with the motto “Each one Plant One”, the
release adds.
