RAIN, RAIN… Mercury dipped to 16.2 degree
Celsius in Gangtok today as rain poured from early this morning. After the
shutdown of the market on Sunday this could mean another dampener for tourists
who are flocking to the state. The Met department predicts rain for the rest of
the week as well.
