GANGTOK, 25 May: The Inner wheel Club of Gangtok organized a healthy baby show and a fancy dress competition at BL House here on Saturday.
A press release informs that this show was held to promote their theme “Happier Futures”. Happier futures will only be possible if our next generation is happy, the organisation highlights.
145 children participated in the competition under various age groups. Healthy baby show was held for children aged 3 months to 9 months and 9 months to 2 years while a fancy dress competition was held for children aged between 2 years to 4 years and 4 years to 8 years.
In the 3-9 months category, Carolyn Jonna Thatal came in first followed by Avineet Koirala and Sumaira Sharma in second and third positions respectively.
In 9 months to 2 years category, Jaden Namka was placed first with Gyazin Ethenpa and Ananya Namka in second and third place respectively.
2-4 years category had Yashvardhan Jain as the winner followed by Siddhant Gupta and Azumi Rai in second and third positions respectively.
Prisha Goyal topped the 4-8 years category followed by Aditi Nepal and Lavanya Marda coming in second and third respectively.
