GANGTOK, 28 May: Out of 80 students of Holy Cross School, Tadong who appeared for the class XII CBSE exams from Science and Commerce Streams, 72 students passed, 7 got compartments and 1 student failed.
A press release informs that CheemelaBhutia topped the school in the Science stream with 93.4% followed by ManishaAgarwal and SnehaAgarwal with 93% and 91.4% respectively. From Commerce Stream, Sanjeev Kumar Daga got 86% followed by MukulPeriwal and AyushiAgarwal with 83.8% and 83.4% respectively.
Although the result this year is not as good as last year’s results, the students managed to do their best and excelled in different subjects, the release mentions. Out of all the successful students, 3 students managed to achieve above 90% marks in aggregate, 13 students achieved 80% and above, 48 students achieved above 60% marks in aggregate; 8 students got above 50% marks.
The Principal of the School,Sr. Celine Antony has congratulated the students, parents and teachers, the release adds.
