S-League poorly organized, FCAS contends

A stretcher lies next to empty chairs. If a player was evacuated from the field on this stretcher, who would he be taken to in the absence of doctors or physios or even an ambulance on standby?

GANGTOK, 28 Apr: Football Clubs Association of Sikkim [FCAS] has alleged that the opening matches of the Second Division Sikkim League qualifying round which began today at Paljor Stadium were poorly organized.
A press release from the association informs that there was no medical team comprising of a Doctor, Physiotherapist or stand-by ambulance during the matches played today. This, as per the association, is in violation of the All India Football Federation rules.
FCAS has requested Sikkim Football Association, the organisers of the Sikkim League, to look into this matter immediately and take necessary action.
