GANGTOK, 01 Apr: In an effort to encourage creativity
amongst the students, give their writing skills a platform, and also to
encourage the habit of reading, the Middle Gyalshing Secondary School has
launched its own monthly newsletter.
The newsletter is published by the Literary
committee of the school, which includes teachers and students. The expenditure
for the publication is being borne by the teachers in the literary committee.
Students in the committee are responsible for filing reports, collecting poems
and articles from fellow students, including art work, to be published every
month. The school wishes the literary committee much success in its endeavor.
