GANGTOK, 09 Apr: Ten families of different parties under Khamdong-Singtam
constituency joined Sikkim Democratic Front today at the party head-office here
at Indira Bye-Pass. An SDF press release informs that these families were
welcomed by the party general secretary SK Pradhan.
While welcoming them, Mr Pradhan said that there has been
peace, security and development in the 20 years of the SDF government due to
the leadership of Pawan Chamling. He added that due to pro-people policies,
principles and programmes, the SDF party has already been accepted by the
people of Sikkim. The programme was also attended by other senior leaders of
the party, the release mentions.
