GANGTOK, 16 Feb: Sikkim Democratic Front has conveyed deep
condolences on the passing away of the Land Revenue Secretary, KS Topgay, due
to a heart attack on 14 February. While paying homage to the departed soul, the
party has expressed that Mr Topgay’s death was an irreparable loss to the
state. An SDF press release conveys that the party prays for the entire family
of the departed soul and for strength for them in this trying time.
