from 5 PM to 6 PM on 19 February at Manan Kendra, New Secretariat, Gangtok.

of meditation being taught is according to the norms of every religion and is
common to every religion and donation of any form is not required. This form of
meditation can cure diseases and relieve stress. All are invited to participate
in the meditation session.
