The Martyrs’ Day will be observed on the 30th of January, 2014 throughout the State with two minutes silence in the memory of those who gave their lives in the struggle for India’s Freedom.
All work and movement including the traffic will stop exactly from 11 a.m. to 11.02 a.m. throughout the State.
Wherever available, the commencement and termination of the two minutes’ silence period should be indicated by sound of siren. The day will be observed with due solemnity.
