GANGTOK, 10 Dec: Sikkim Krantikari Morcha[SKM] has condemned Chief Minister Pawan Chamling’s comments made during the laptop distribution programme in Mangan on Monday where he had allegedly referred to SKM as a party with people who have been charged in Court for criminal offences.
In a press release, SKM spokesperson, MN Dahal, has said that the Chief Minister himself has corruption charges alleged against him. He has further accused the ruling party of involvement in the murder of Opposition party workers. The accused in at least 6-7 cases are moving around freely and are active members of SDF party, he has alleged.
He further accuses the CM of misinterpreting Article 371F (o).
