Gangtok, 19 Nov [IPR]: Chief Secretary R. Ongmu administered the National Integration Pledge to government officers here at the New Secretariat Complex today. National Integration Day is observed throughout the country today to mark the birth anniversary of first female Prime Minister of India, the Late Indira Gandhi, to promote the spirit of communal harmony and national integration.
