GANGTOK, 15 Nov: Three ICDS centres of Gangtok viz. Church Line, Lower Chandmari and White Hall jointly celebrated Children’s Day at White Hall complex on 14 November.
The programme was meant for around 70 children from the three centres which was attended by Deputy Director, Social Welfare Department, GM Subba as the chief guest and co-ordinated by Ranjana Rai, Supervisor of the Department.
The function was also attended by Aganwadi workers and helpers who paid tribute to the first Prime Minister of India, Jawaharlal Nehru and distributed sweets to the children.
