GANGTOK, 09 Oct: One person was arrested by the Singtam police on 07 October, when he was found to be in possession of contraband substances.
Acting on information from sources, the Singtam police conducted a search of the rented room of Ramesh Saha [20], resident of Jubileeline, Singtam and recovered 265 capsules of Spasmo Proxyvon.
He has been arrested and a case under section 9 (b)/11/14 of the SAD Act has been registered against him at the Singtam Police Station.
