GANGTOK, 18 Sept: The one man Commission appointed by the Supreme Court to investigate the lathi-charge on Sikkim Krantikari Morcha head office here earlier this year made its second visit to the SKM office at Tadong today.
The one man Commission, IC Dwivedi interacted with some of the SKM office bearers this morning. Mr. Dwivedi refused to speak to the media on his findings and said that he will submit his report to the Supreme Court within the timeframe provided to him.
He has asked the SKM party workers to make their submissions in writing so that the Commission can submit its report in time after hearing all the parties and respondents. Mr. Dwivedi had arrived in Gangtok for his second visit on 17 September, it is learnt.
