GANGTOK, 15 Sept: Indra Jatra celebrations will be held on 18 September at Bhanu Udyan starting from 7 30 AM onwards. Organized by the Sikkim Newar Guthi the celebrations will have Chief Minister Pawan Chamling as the chief guest. The puja will be held from 8 30 to 9 30 AM followed by Tika-Sagun, Jatra and Bhoj. A cultural programme will be held from 3 PM onwards at Manan Kendra. The Guthi has invited all to attend the celebration.
