GANGTOK, 09 Oct: Two persons were arrested by the Singtam police on 08 October on charges of possessing contraband substances and have been booked under the SAD Act, 2006.
As per reports the two, namely, Deepen Darjee [24] of Golitar and Krishna Darjee [30] of Ranipool, were noticed ‘roaming in suspicious fashion’ by the police beat patrol at Singtam. A search resulted in the recovery of 104 capsules of Spasmo proxyvon from their persons.
