GANGTOK, 24 Nov: The SDF party has condemned the attack on Union Minister for Agriculture and leader of the National Congress Party, Sharad Pawar.
In a personal message conveyed, minutes after the attack, through Sharad Pawar’s daughter, Supriya Sule, the party expressed, “We the SDF, condemn the attack on Sharad Pawarji. Please accept our solidarity with you and your party at this time”, a press release issued by Lok Sabha MP, PD Rai, informs.
A man, it may be informed here, slapped the Union Agriculture Minister at the NDMC Centre in New Delhi today. The man identified as Harvinder Singh slapped Pawar while shouting slogans against price rise and corruption cases. He has been arrested by the police.
