GANGTOK, 23 Oct: Registered sports associations in the State can submit incentive claims of their players covering the period from the year 2008 to 31 March 2011 with the Department of Sports & Youth Affairs on or before 10 November.
The claimants need to submit applications in the prescribed format of the department which is available with the Joint Director [Headquarter], or can contact the Assistant Director-III during office hours with a request letter to the department.
The claimants are required to submit the form with complete documents along with a covering letter of their respective association duly sealed and signed by the competent authority. Applications received after the last date will not be entertained, officials at the Department inform.
