MANGAN, 24 April: A massive 3-day cleanness drive was undertaken in Mangan bazaar by the Mangan Nagar Panchayat. All jhoras and drains falling under the Mangan Nagar Panchayat were cleaned in three days starting Thursday and concluding on Saturday. All the ward councilors were directed to get the jhoras and drains in their respective wards cleared ahead of the monsoon. They were assisted in this effort by members of the local business community and youth of the town area.
